Gmail is popular by internet users as a private email address because it’s free and the features it offers to you. There are cool options which you can use for your own convenience. If you have multiple Gmail accounts, did you know that you combine them and create a single account? In this way, you only have to open one account and can still manage all your accounts. All you need is to configure your primary account and manage the other using the mail fetcher. Here are the steps to do:
Sign in first to the primary Gmail account where you want to manage your other accounts at mail.google.com.
Next, click the “Setting” link which you can find at the top left part of the page. Click also the “Mail Setting” link.
Then, click the “Accounts and Import” tab. Also click the “Add POP3 Email Account” tab.
Input the email address you want as the secondary and then click the button “Next Step”.
And then input also the password of your secondary email address and click the “Add Account” button.
Select the “Yes, I want to be able to send email as (your secondary email address) and click the “Next Step”.
You also have to add a display name for your secondary email address and then proceed to the next step by clicking again “Next Step”.
You must click the “Send Verification” and do not forget to check your secondary email account. You must click the link which contains the verification email for you to confirm that you have integrated your account with the primary Gmail account. All the emails sent to your secondary email account will be delivered to the primary account. When you reply, the secondary email ID will be displayed in the “From” field.
You can do this process on the maximum of five Gmail accounts with the POP3 Mail Fetcher of Google. Just follow the steps one by one. Visit now mail.google.com.
